Who we are
Bissly (“we”) is operated by [Company name], Stockholm, Sweden. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@bissly.app.
What we collect
- Beta and waitlist sign-ups: first name, email, phone platform, and any optional answers you give (age range, focus area, how you found us, what you’d like help with).
- App accounts: the details you enter when you sign up and use Bissly, such as goals, actions, check-ins and reviews.
- Basic technical data: things like device type and crash reports, used to keep the app working.
Why we use it
- To run the beta and invite you (legal basis: your consent).
- To provide the app you’ve signed up for (legal basis: contract).
- To send The Whole Life Brief newsletter, only if you opted in (legal basis: consent — withdraw anytime).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run Bissly, such as Supabase for hosting our database . They only process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Beta sign-up data is kept until the beta ends or you ask us to delete it. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you close it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
